By decision dated 28 June 2010, the Swiss Takeover Board has openened an
administrative proceeding to determine the existence of an obligation of
Lincoln Vale European Partners Master Fund L.P., Michael Schroeder, Alain
Fabarez and Jaime Rosell to submit a public takeover offer to the
shareholders of Genolier Swiss Medical Network SA.

The company currently has no indication for the existence of a group that
would be subject to an obligation to make a public takeover offer.
