Release of an ad hoc announcement pursuant to Art. 53 KR
---------------------------------------------------------------------------

AEVIS Holding SA grows significantly and achieves a turnover of CHF 239
million in the first 9 month of fiscal 2012. Acquisitions accounted for CHF
89 million of the turnover increase. Since January 1, 2012 the clinics
Sant'Anna, Ars Medica (Ticino) and Obach (Solothurn) belong to the Genolier
Swiss Medical Network, while Privatklinik Lindberg (Winterthur/ZH) joined
as of June 1, 2012.

Further AS Ambulances Services SA (Geneva) has been consolidated as of
September 1, 2012 and as contributed CHF 0.5 million to the sales achieved.
However, AS Ambulances Services SA is expected to achieve a turnover of CHF
8.5 million in the coming business year. At the same time, further
acquisitions in the ambulance sector are envisaged.

The integration of the real estate of Swiss Healthcare Properties SA as of
July 1, 2012 had only a slight impact on the achieved turnover (CHF 0.3
million) due to the fact that the vast majority of its revenue is
originating from rental income paid by the GSMN clinics. Nevertheless, the
integration of the real estate will be visible in a strongly improved
EBITDA and net result for 2012 and 2013. Swiss Healthcare Properties SA
will advance its development autonomously and will evaluate the acquisition
of further properties unrelated to the businesses of GMSN.

AEVIS Holding SA has substantially increased its equity in July 2012 and
issued a CHF 80 million straight bond with a four year maturity in order to
finance its mid-term financial needs. The market capitalisation of AEVIS
increased to CHF 367 million as at September 30, 2012.

The Swiss healthcare sector continues to grow steady and the strength of
the Swiss Franc has not negatively affected the attractiveness of Swiss
clinics for foreign patients.
