AEVIS Holding SA : Rapprochement in the field of ambulance transportation in Geneva

Ambulances Odier SA and AS Ambulances Services SA join forces

Ambulances Odier SA joins AEVIS Holding SA, which is, through its subsidiary AS Ambulances Services SA, already active in the field of rescue services in Geneva. Jean-Marc Odier becomes member and delegate of the Board of Directors of AS Ambulances Services SA.

Ambulances Odier SA was founded in 1939 and employs about 50 people. The company generates a turnover of CHF 6 million per year with 12 vehicles operating from 3 bases. This collaboration will enable both AS Ambulances Services SA and Ambulances Odier SA to act in a mutually reinforcing way and to optimise their coverage in Geneva. Both structures are remaining legally independent but are being supervised by a common management committee composed of Jean-Marc Odier, Marc Rodriguez and Jean-Marc Guinchard. This rapprochement assures the future of both companies and enables a better cost management, while providing the population of Geneva with higher quality services at the same time.

AS Ambulances Services SA was founded in 1990 and has as well 50 employees. Its turnover amounts to CHF 6 million per year and its fleet is composed of 12 vehicles.
