AEVIS VICTORIA SA: Net revenues at 30 September 2016 increased by 2.1% at a constant perimeter.

AEVIS VICTORIA SA realised net revenues (medical fees excluded) of CHF 367.8 million in the first nine months of 2016 (CHF 373.0 million). The decrease compared to 30 September 2015 is due to the deconsolidation of Hotel Palace Luzerne, which was sold at the end of 2015. At a constant perimeter (Palace Luzerne excluded in 2015), revenues increased by 2.1%. Organic growth in the hospital segment reached 2.8%.

AEVIS expects to realise gross revenues of approx. CHF 600 million in 2016, with the current perimeter. The company Générale Beaulieu Holding SA is consolidated since November, 1, 2016. Clinique Générale Beaulieu realises revenues of nearly CHF 90 million per year.
