AEVIS VICTORIA SA sold its stake in BioTelemetry, thus realising a total capital gain of CHF 14.3 million on its investment in LifeWatch

AEVIS VICTORIA SA (AEVIS VICTORIA) sold yesterday its 1.6% stake in US based BioTelemetry, Inc. (BEAT), obtained as a result of their public acquisition and exchange offer on LifeWatch AG. This transaction will allow AEVIS VICTORIA to generate a financial gain of CHF 6.6 million, which will have a positive impact on the 2018 first half-year results. Combined with the realised gain of CHF 7.8 million in 2017, AEVIS VICTORIA’s capital gain on its investment in LifeWatch reaches CHF 14.3 million.
