Beat Röthlisberger, currently the Chief Administrative Officer (CAO) of GSMN, will become Group CFO as of 1 May 2010, when the two functions will be merged. The abandonment of IFRS accounting standards and the end of the company restructuring process initiated in 2007 have enabled this simplification in the management structure.
