Release of an ad hoc announcement pursuant to Art. 53 KR

Swiss Healthcare Properties AG ('SHP'), a real estate company focusing on
properties in the health care sector, finalized an agreement to buy three
properties and an underground parking located on the land of Privatklink
Lindberg in Winterthur. Seller is a real estate fund of Credit Suisse AG.

From Privatklinik Lindberg, situated on the Lindberg hill in an elegant
residential neighbourhood in proximity to the city centre, a nice view of
the town can be enjoyed. The area is composed of the clinic, two properties
used for administration purposes, an underground parking with 34 slots and
an outside parking with 83 slots. All properties have been built between
1992 and 1996 and cover an area of 13'079m2. The properties are fully
rented by Privatklinik Lindberg.

This acquisition is in line with SHP's growth strategy with the aim to
build a nationwide real estate portfolio focusing on properties and
infrastructure in the health care sector.

SHP is a company under Swiss law, founded in 1997 and headquartered in
Baar. SHP owns 16 Swiss health care properties, representing a rental
surface of 86'273m2. The vast majority of the properties are rented to the
various clinics of Genolier Swiss Medical Network SA and have been bought
or constructed in the context of the development of the group. SHP is 100%
subsidiary of AEVIS Holding SA.
